Based mainly on TIG process, the series welders are mainly suitable for vertical seal butt welding of thin-walled carbon steel and stainless steel cylinder or conical cylinder in industries such as food processing machines ,metal, home appliances and precision chemical machines

Note: Straight seam butt welders for work piece with dimensions not listed in the table can be customized.

With a wide range of application ,for welding cylinders with a diameter of below 800mm, a length between 200-1200mm, and a thickness between 0.5-2mm.

The operation is simplified in such as way that “ pressing down the pedal switch twice and pressing the start button once “can complete the full process of clamping and welding one work piece ,reducing the operation to the maximum extent. The operation is classified into Auto and Manual ,facilitating such manual operation such as process adjustment ,and work piece repair welding .The lift mechanism of the welding gun has fine tune mechanism towards both directions.During welding ,the welding gun can be adjusted vertically and horizontally at any time if necessary.

The lift mechanism and feed mechanism of the welding gun have outstanding rigidity and movement stability ,ensuring even movement and good repeatability of the movement track of the welding gun during welding .

With a 100mm-long key type pressure block for pressing by air bag ,the work piece can be evenly and reliably clamped, and can be in good contact with the copper washer ,ensuring even and beautiful appearace of the welding joint.

With complete self-lock protection measure for safety ,the improper operation will not be enabled.
