New generation of YT-K serode conetollers are used,whith can achieve optimal conrol of the whole welding process as to flash,upsetting.It presents high reliability and ccuracy .For welding of work pieces with the same section ,the power supply required and energy onsumption are lower compared with conventional resistance welders.

The hydraulic system of the welder isequipped with accurate regulating valve, which can beused to implement stepless regulating of flash to speed ,ensuring stable flash process ,less slag in the weld joint, good metallographic structure, solid weld connection and good appearance.

Widely used for butt weld joint between carbon steel ,alloysteel ,non-ferrous pipes ,bars and profiled mater ials or butt weld between heterogeneous metals.
